Meet our Pastor

Pastor Ching serves as the Lead Pastor of Reverence Church, where he is devoted to Christ-centered worship, authentic discipleship, and building a spiritually vibrant, multigenerational community. His passion is to see people of every age encounter the transforming love of Jesus and grow as devoted followers of Christ.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Pastor Ching’s life was forever changed by a personal encounter with Jesus, leading him to a lifelong calling in ministry. After immigrating to California with his family, he answered God’s call to serve in full-time pastoral leadership, bringing a unique cross-cultural perspective and a deep compassion for people in all seasons of life.

Equipped with a Bachelor of Theology and extensive ministry experience, he has served faithfully in preaching, worship, and mentoring the next generation. Beyond the pulpit, he is also a Wing Chun “Sifu” and second-generation disciple of Master Ip Man, using martial arts as a creative platform to mentor youth in discipline, character, and faith.

He is married to Natalie, and together they are blessed with three daughters: Elisha, Ivana, and Tiana. Guided by Psalm 69:30, Pastor Ching desires to lead others into lives of authentic worship, gratitude, and wholehearted devotion to Christ.
