Meet our Pastor

Pastor Ching serves as the Lead Pastor of Reverence Church, where he is passionate about Christ-centered worship, discipleship, and building a spiritually vibrant, multigenerational community. Born and raised in Hong Kong, he experienced a life-transforming encounter with Jesus that set him on a path toward ministry. After moving to California with his family, he answered God’s call to serve in full-time pastoral leadership.

With a Bachelor of Theology and years of ministry experience, Pastor Ching has served in various roles that reflect his heart for worship, teaching, and mentoring young people. He also teaches Wing Chun as a martial arts instructor “Sifu” and second-generation disciple of the legendary Master Ip Man—using it as a unique avenue to disciple and guide youth in both life and faith.

He is married to Natalie, and they are blessed with three daughters: Elisha, Ivana, and Tiana. Pastor Ching’s life and ministry are shaped by Psalm 69:30: “I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify Him with thanksgiving.” He desires to lead others in living lives of authentic worship, gratitude, and devotion to Christ.
